Keto Chai Latte

Here I go with another post about "I miss ____ since I started keto" and this time it's all about chai lattes!  I used to drink one every day and am honestly doing fine without them, but I wish I could have one once in a while.  Luckily, I've found an alternative to my beloved Big Train vanilla chai latte.

You need:
  • Sugar free Oregon Chai Latte concentrate
  • Unsweetened almond milk (I use Trader Joe's or Almond Breeze)
Pour equal amounts of each into a mug and heat in the microwave.  Stir and enjoy!
