Keto Pumpkin Smoothie

I discovered something magical on the keto recipes section of reddit:  pumpkin smoothies!  I finally got around to making them this weekend and oh my were they good.  If you're in a pumpkin-y mood like me, I suggest giving them a try.


You Need:
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • Ice
  • EZ Sweetz
In a blender, combine heavy whipping cream, pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg and blend until thick.  Next, add the almond milk and blend until evenly distributed through the mixture.  Add ice cubes and blend until you reach the consistency you like.  Finally, sweeten to taste.  Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream.
